TRIXY STAR X GRATEFUL DEAD
Trixy Starr is a Los Angeles-based jewelry brand on a mission to spread love and positive energy. The brand has been worn by fashion icon Baddie Winkle, as well as artists like Aluna Francis of Aluna George, Selena Gomez, Laura Lee, and Paris Hilton.
Objective
The goal of this project was to creatively merge the whimsical style of Trixy Starr with the legendary symbols of Grateful Dead. My design process began with a deep immersion into Grateful Dead's rich visual and cultural history. I studied the band’s legendary symbols, such as the dancing bears and the steal your face icon, aiming to infuse these elements with Trixy Starr's signature playful and vibrant aesthetic.

The Result
Many of the jewelry pieces sold out quickly, and the collection garnered enthusiastic feedback. Notably, Warner Brothers approved the designs and expressed admiration for how the visuals honoured the Grateful Dead’s legacy while bringing a fresh, playful twist.
